Information Usage:
The information collected by the ID Theft Protection Member Services area will be used to service the requests submitted by users. Users who provide an E-mail address will, from time to time, be sent notification on updates and new products and services. If anyone wishes to not be included in these mailings, they may opt out by sending an E-mail to: service@myidentitymonitor.net or the recipient may respond to the email with the word "remove" in the subject line of the E-mail. The information collected may be used to create customer profiles based on service requests.

It is necessary for ID Theft Protection to share some of the information collected with vendors. This data includes the information submitted by users on for changes and service complaints. The information shared with the vendors is in an effort to correct service issues and fulfill orders. This includes name and address concerned in the request.

As a customer of ID Theft Protection, we reserve the right to have our affiliate, Magazine Publisher's Service, and up to one additional affiliate contact you with offers we feel may be of interest to you.

ID Theft Protection reserves the right to change the privacy policy at any time. Although we do not anticipate any changes, updated policies will be made available by our web site or by contacting Member Services.
